"The Standard of Perfection: Show Cattle" (8 p.m., PBS): The show ring isn't reserved for well-bred dogs or glossy, high-stepping horses. Sleekly groomed cattle are spotlighted in this special as their owners prepare them to parade before the judges.
"Rock School" (9 p.m., A & amp;E): Take a look at Philadelphia's most rockin' school in this 2003 documentary about the Paul Green School of Rock Music. The students in these classes trade in their pencils, backpacks and textbooks for microphones and electric guitars in hopes of mastering rock 'n' classics.
"Great Performances: South Pacific" (9 p.m., PBS): Reba McEntire and Brian Stokes Mitchell head the cast, which includes Alec Baldwin, Jason Danieley and Lillias White performing such favorites as "Some Enchanted Evening," "I'm Going to Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair" and "Younger Than Springtime."
