Open house for workshop

YOUNGSTOWN -- A public open house will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Gateways Industries' sheltered workshop at 945 W. Rayen Ave. The facility was previously operated by the Mahoning County Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities Board, but was closed at the end of 2005. Some 128 Gateways clients participate in the program.
