How they work
Trumbull County
Name: Diebold AccuVote-TSX touch-screen
Insert "voter access card" at upper right hand of screen. Read instructions, touch "Next." Vote on candidates or issues and continue to press "Next" to the end of the ballot. An "X" will appear by your choices.
For write-ins, select "Write-in," type the candidate name on keyboard provided and touch "Record Write-In."
Review summary page, which will indicate in red the races where you didn't vote. To vote in one of those races, touch it.
When done, touch "Print Ballot" and review the printout. "Cast" if accurate, "reject" if inaccurate and start again.
Mahoning County
Name: ES & amp;S iVotronic touch-screen
Read instructions screen, touch "View Ballot."
Vote on candidates or issues and continue to press "Next" to the end of the ballot. A green check mark will appear by your choices.
For write-ins, touch "Write-In," type the candidate name on the keyboard and touch "Accept."
Press "Review" to review your ballot. To change a vote, touch the box next to the candidate or issue and re-select.
When done, press flashing red "Vote" button or large green check mark.
Columbiana County
Name: ES & amp;S AutoMark optical scan
Insert ballot into the ballot acceptor.
Vote, by touching candidates and issues, which will be highlighted in yellow.
For write-ins, touch the "Write-In" option, type the name and press "OK."
Press "Review" to check your ballot. To change a selection, touch the box next to the selection, re-select, and touch "Review" again.
When done, press "Mark Ballot."
