Parents reveal Callahan-Navarro wedding plans

XBOARDMAN -- Michael and Meg Callahan, 7815 Hitchcock Road, and Nelson and Mary Ann Navarro, 275 Shields Road, are announcing the engagement of their children, Erin Callahan, also of 7815 Hitchcock Road, and Nelson Navarro, 6078 Callaway Circle, Austintown.
Miss Callahan, a sixth- through eighth-grade English teacher at Holy Family School, Poland, graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in middle childhood education from Kent State University.
Mr. Navarro earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Hiram College, and is a rental sales representative at Penske Truck Leasing in Oakwood.
An open wedding has been planned by the couple for 1:30 p.m. July 8 at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at Antone's Banquet Centre.
