Family vacation marks Rebracas' 50th anniversary



XGIRARD -- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Rebraca, 1020 Patricia Drive, was observed by the couple and their family during a five-day trip, March 31-April 4, to Reno, Nev., and Tahoe, Calif.
Serving as hosts for the event were the couple's sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff Rebraca of Liberty Township; Ross and Shelly Rebraca of Leesburg, Va.; and Jim and Stacy Rebraca of Columbus. Also participating were the couple's two grandchildren.
The couple also were honored at a family dinner April 14 at Station Square in Youngstown hosted by Mrs. Rebraca's sister, Edith Muzenic.
The former Eleanor "Dolly" Ross and Mr. Rebraca were married April 14, 1956, at St. Anne's Church, Youngstown. They are members of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Youngstown.
Mrs. Rebraca was a teller at Mahoning Bank in Youngstown from 1951 to 1985 and at Bank One in Youngstown from 1985 until retiring in 1995. She is a member of St. Anthony Altar and Rosary Society, Liberty 55-Plus Club, and Austintown Good Timers.
Mr. Rebraca served with the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1958. He was a laborer with Van Huffel Tube in Warren from 1960 to 1985 and with Gasser Chair in Youngstown from 1986 until retiring in 1996.
