MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, April 26: Barbecued chicken, brussels sprouts, tossed salad with ranch dressing, biscuit with margarine, regular or unsweetened peach slices and milk.
Thursday, April 27: Bean and ham casserole, harvard beets, carrot-raisin salad, corn muffin with margarine, birthday cake (diet mandarin oranges available) and milk.
Friday, April 28: Swiss steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, bread with margarine, watermelon and cantaloupe chunks and milk.
Saturday, April 29: Ham and cheese on wheat bread with mustard, carrots with Italian dressing, apple, unsweetened Lorna Doones and milk.
Monday, May 1: Stuffed cabbage with sauce, carrot coins, spinach salad with French dressing, dinner roll with margarine, regular or diet applesauce and milk.
Tuesday, May 2: Turkey, ham and cheese sub with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, macaroni salad, cucumbers in sour cream, fresh fruit cup and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
