A recent letter concerning the World Baseball Classic contained this line: This nation could show its prowess in another sport instead of 'World Military Terrorism'.
What!
Is Mr. Lange a spokesperson for Hamas? Mr. Lange's comments are an insult to the U.S. military and to all who are serving or have served in the U.S. armed forces.
Please write about baseball if you must, but direct your political statements to the Editorial section, because they do not belong on the sports page.
