Name: William R. Bailey.Sex: Male.Age: 59.Height: 5 feet 10 inches.Weight: 180 pounds.Eyes: Hazel.Hair: Gray.Charges: Wanted by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in a federal parole violation.
Anyone with information should call (866) 4-WANTED. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
