"The West Wing" (8 p.m., NBC): As "The West Wing" nears the end of its distinguished run, it gives us a poignant episode in which Leo (the late John Spencer) is laid to rest. President Bartlet, along with a host of colleagues -- past and present -- turn out for the funeral.
"Nick News Special" (8:30 p.m., Nickelodeon): Linda Ellerbee returns to prime time with another "Nick News" special. In "'When I Think about Iraq' ... Kids Talk about the War," a forum is offered to youths to voice their opinions about the war. The diversity and depth of those opinions are more compelling than some might expect.
"What About Brian" (10 p.m., ABC): And you thought we were all done with new midseason dramas. Not quite. Tonight brings us "What About Brian," a romantic comedy in which the likable Barry Watson ("7th Heaven") plays the last bachelor standing among a group of close-knit pals. Too bad he's in love with his best friend's girl.
