Nagy anniversary is celebrated at reception

XAUSTINTOWN -- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Nagy Sr., 4644 Rita Ave., was celebrated during a reception held March 11 at St. Joseph Church, where they are members.
Invitations for the event were extended by the couple's children and their spouses, Joseph Jr. and Lisa Nagy, Canfield; John Sr. and Aggie Nagy, Hubbard; Diana and Jim Diaz, Collierville, Tenn.; Deborah and Gary Scurti and Linda Loth, all of Austintown; Michael Nagy of San Diego; and William and Colleen Nagy of Columbiana. There are 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren in the family.
The former Lillian M. Smulick and Mr. Nagy were married March 10, 1956, in Cheswick, Pa.
Mrs. Nagy retired in 2000 after 30 years as a self-employed salon owner and hairdresser.
Mr. Nagy was a millwright at Packard Electric in Warren for 35 years and also retired in 2000.
