MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, April 19: Sausage with peppers and onions on a roll with margarine, Spanish rice, peas and carrots, regular or diet Ambrosia salad and milk.
Thursday, April 20: Spaghetti with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese, green beans, confetti salad, Italian bread with margarine, fresh fruit and milk.
Friday, April 21: Baked turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach with vinegar, potato roll with margarine, regular or diet applesauce and milk.
Saturday, April 22: Tuna salad on a bun, beet salad with Italian dressing, orange, unsweetened chocolate chip cookie and milk.
Monday, April 24: Beef tips and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, potato roll with margarine, upside-down cake (angel food cake available) and milk.
Tuesday, April 25: Stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, Capri mix vegetables, dinner roll with margarine, regular or unsweetened chocolate chip cookie and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
