Jason and Lisa (Surman) Place of Mentor are announcing the birth of their second child, a daughter, Jenna Rae, on March 27 at Hillcrest Hospital, Mentor. The grandparents are Chuck and Bernice O'Neil of Canfield, Karen Collins and Neil and Sue Place of Oneonta, N.Y., and Joe Surman of Austintown, and the great-great grandmother is Charlotte Collins of Oneonta.
