April 7
Vandalism: A worker at Poland Fire Station No. 1, 111 S. Main St., reported a door was damaged, a wall was struck by an object and a towel dispenser was punched.

April 4
Theft: A man in the 4200 block of Simon Road reported a handgun stolen from his vehicle.
Theft: A woman told police more than $1,490 was fraudulently removed from her account at Home Savings and Loan, 4005 Hillman Way.
Theft: A woman in the 7300 block of Southern Boulevard reported the theft of mail.
Burglary: A man reported that property he owns in the 5900 block of Tippecanoe Road was burglarized.
Domestic violence: Officers arrested a 45-year-old Flora Drive man at his residence and charged him with domestic violence after responding to a fight there.
Drugs: Police arrested a 44-year-old Youngstown man in the township after stopping his car for displaying a stolen license plate. He faced charges of receiving stolen property and possession of drug-abuse instruments after officers say they found a suspected drug pipe.
Theft: Police charged a 16-year-old Youngstown boy with theft after clothing and cologne were stolen from TJ Maxx & amp; More, 717 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A 39-year-old Youngstown man faced a theft charge after being accused of taking perfume sets and hair clippers from Walgreens Pharmacy, 7295 Market St.
Theft/weapon: Police arrested a Youngstown man, 29, and a Bronx, N.Y., woman, 23, on theft charges after merchandise was stolen from Kaufmann's in the Southern Park Mall. The woman also was charged with a felony count of carrying a concealed weapon after authorities say they found an unloaded firearm in her vehicle and a box of bullets in her purse.

Theft by deception: A Boardman man told police numerous checks were fraudulently issued on his account at Sky Bank, 3960 South Ave.
Criminal damaging: A woman reported a metal parking sign was intentionally damaged at L.S. Baskets and Gifts, 7337 California Ave.
Assault: Police arrested a 23-year-old Youngstown man on charges of assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and driving under suspension. An officer reported being assaulted while trying to make an arrest in the 4100 block of Glenwood Avenue.
Criminal damaging: A man discovered his vehicle's window broken after he left All Star Baseball, 200 McClurg Road.
Arrest: A Boardman man, 24, was taken into custody at the Mahoning County Justice Center, Youngstown. He was wanted on a felony warrant from Boardman charging him with tampering with records.
April 6
Theft: An employee at Super Subers Car Care Center on South Avenue reported three large drain grates stolen.
Drugs: Police said a student at Boardman High School, 7777 Glenwood Ave., was in possession of various pills.
Criminal damaging: A woman in the 800 block of Moyer Avenue discovered damage to her vehicle's finish.
Theft: A Boardman woman reported her purse stolen while she was at Cinemark Movies 8, 469 Boardman-Poland Road.
Drugs: Police took an 18-year-old Boardman man into custody after stopping his car near Glenwood Avenue and Santa Fe Drive. He faced charges of trafficking in narcotics, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Arrest: Police arrested a Boardman man, 37, after finding out he was wanted on a warrant charging him with three counts of child endangering.
Drugs: Authorities cited a Youngstown man, 56, near Market Street and Indianola Road. He was charged with possession of marijuana.

Theft: A worker at Plaza Donuts, 712 Boardman-Canfield Road, reported money stolen from an office.
Domestic violence: Officers charged a 65-year-old Oak Knoll Drive man with domestic violence after a family member said he made threats.
Drugs: After stopping his car near Market Street and Roche Way, officers apprehended a Youngstown man, 38, on one felony count of drug abuse (cocaine).
Drugs: Police charged an 18-year-old Boardman man with a felony count of possession of drugs.
Theft: Two Youngstown women, 19 and 46, respectively, were charged with theft after merchandise was stolen from Value City Department Store, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road.
Arrest: Police picked up a 24-year-old Youngstown woman at Lake Park Cemetery on Midlothian Boulevard after learning she was wanted on a felony warrant charging her with violating a protection order.
Arrests: Officers made two arrests at a residence in the 100 block of Alburn Drive. Charged with underage possession of alcohol were a girl, 16, and a man, 19, both from Boardman.
Arrest: Police arrested a 21-year-old Youngstown woman at Value City Department Store and turned her over to Trumbull County authorities after finding out she was wanted on a warrant from that county. The woman also was charged with theft, obstructing official business and public indecency.
Drugs: Police arrested a Boardman woman, 23, as well as an Austintown man, 29, on U.S. Route 224. Each was charged with felony drug abuse; the woman also was charged with driving under suspension.
April 8
Criminal mischief: A man in the 700 block of Sabrina Drive discovered someone hit his fence with paintballs.
Theft: Police arrested a Boardman man, 31, and a Youngstown woman, 26, on theft charges. Both were accused of stealing video games from Value City Department Store. The man also was wanted on a warrant from Austintown charging him with failure to comply with the orders of a police officer.
Theft: A woman in the 7000 block of West Boulevard noticed $70 missing from her apartment.
Theft: A Boardman man discovered $45 had been removed from his wallet while he shopped at Value City Department Store.
Assault: A woman in the 3900 block of Baymar Drive told police her 17-year-old daughter had been assaulted.
Arrest: Police arrested a 20-year-old Boardman man after responding to a loud-noise complaint at a residence in the 6000 block of Applecrest Court. The man was wanted on a warrant charging him with felonious assault.
Arrest: Police apprehended a Boardman man, 27, after finding out he was wanted on a series of warrants from Austintown. Charges against the man were drug abuse, permitting drug abuse, inducing panic and possession of drug-abuse instruments.
Drugs: While conducting a traffic stop in the township, officers arrested a 33-year-old Youngstown woman and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia. A suspected crack pipe was found, police said.
