THURSDAYCroatian Home St. George Lodge 66 will hold a pasta dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the clubrooms at 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. Dinners will feature a choice of red or white spaghetti, ravioli or cavatelli, salad, bread and butter and coffee. There will also be a chef's special of turkey, roast beef, or pork. Proceeds will benefit the club building fund.
FRIDAY
Guilford Lake Ruritan Club, state Route 172, will have an all-you-can-eat fish fry and bake sale from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children, and the menu will include potato, green beans, coleslaw, beverage and ice cream.Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will be serving fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or string beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; and bread and butter, coffee or tea. The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at (330) 792-1005.
Immaculate Heart of Mary Church will serve fish dinners from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the parish center, 4500 Norquest Blvd., Austintown. The cost is $7.95, and the menu includes fried or broiled fish, macaroni and cheese, pirogi, coleslaw, bread and butter, dessert and coffee or tea. Iced tea and pop will be available for an extra $1. Mary Mother of Hope Parish Center, corner of North and Beaver Streets, New Castle, Pa., will hold a fish fry from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Baked or fried fish dinners are $7 and include french fries or macaroni and cheese, haluski, coleslaw, dessert and beverage; children's dinners are $4; and those 5 and under eat free with the purchase of an adult meal. A fish sandwich will be available for $4.50.Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 381 Robbins Ave., Niles, will serve fish dinners from 11 am. to 7 p.m. at Marian Hall. Carryout will also be available. The cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children. Meals will include coleslaw, french fries or macaroni and cheese, cake and beverage.

St. Michael Orthodox Church, corner of Steel and Third streets, will sell haluski and pasta fagioli for $2 a pint or $4 a quart, coffee for 50 cents, and paska and baked goods from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Phone orders will be accepted at (330) 792-5676 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday. Walk-ins are welcome.

St. Rose Church will sponsor a boneless breast of chicken dinner from 1 to 4 p.m. April 30 in the St. Rose School cafeteria, E. 61 Main St., Girard. The menu will include parsley potatoes, green beans, salad, roll and dessert. The cost is $6.50 for adults and $3.50 for children 12 and under. There is a 50-cent discount on tickets purchased by April 26.
Wheatland Volunteer Fire Department, 71 Broadway Ave., Wheatland, Pa., will sponsor its annual steak fry at 3 p.m. April 29 at Wheatland American Legion, 432 Council Ave. The $20 admission fee will include beverages. Tickets for the gun raffle are $10 and available from any fireman or at the door.
