Card's last flight with Bush

ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE (AP) -- The road to the White House begins in Iowa. And Iowa was an ending of sorts, too, for outgoing presidential chief of staff Andy Card. A Tuesday night flight from Des Moines to Washington was Card's last ride on Air Force One after traveling by President Bush's side for more than five years.
