New Castle 5th Ward, 1st District -- Housing Authority Maintenance Building, 312 White St., New Castle.
New Castle 7th Ward, 1st District; New Castle 7th Ward, 3rd District; and New Castle 7th Ward, 4th District -- St. Vincent DePaul Church, 1 Lucymont Dr., New Castle.
New Castle 8th Ward, 3rd District -- Holy Trinity Church, 1708 S. Jefferson St., New Castle.
