"Jean-Michel Cousteau: Ocean Adventures" (8 p.m., PBS): The Cousteau name is synonymous with undersea adventures, but this time it's not fabled seafarer Jacques doing the exploring. In the first episode of this new series, his son Jean-Michel leads an exploration team on a visit to Hawaii's remote islands, investigating the ecosystems and chronicling the wildlife. Actor Pierce Brosnan narrates the two-part premiere, "Voyage to Kure." Future episodes will spotlight sharks, whales and the National Marine Sanctuary System.
"Tim McGraw: Reflected" (8 p.m., NBC): Grammy winner Tim McGraw demonstrates his musical range in this special, with a concert performance in a small New York club as well as additional appearances from his farm in Nashville. McGraw joins Hank Williams Jr., for a down-home jam session and reprises his current single "My Little Girl" with an orchestra backup. His wife, Grammy winner Faith Hill, also is on hand, as the two sing to each other.
