CANFIELD
Sept. 16
Cocaine, marijuana: A 19-year-old Canfield man was arrested during a traffic stop on two charges of drug abuse after police found him in possession of small bags of cocaine and marijuana on Glenview Road.
Theft: A 16-year-old male student at Canfield High School, 100 Cardinal Drive, reported a $50 bill was stolen from his wallet, which he left in the football locker room while he was on the practice field.
Sept. 20
Suspected marijuana: A teacher at the Mahoning County Career & amp; Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, found marijuana in a small plastic wrap in the hallway outside the guidance office.
Drug abuse: A 19-year-old Austintown man was arrested on charges of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia after marijuana was found on him at the Mahoning County Career & amp; Technical Center.
Sept. 21
Vandalism: The owner of Casper's Welding Supplies, 530 W. Main St., reported vandalism to two vehicles parked behind his property. An employee said he saw a young white male on the property inside an old van and told him he was trespassing. The man ran away into the Preserve housing development. The small panel windows on the driver's side of a 1962 Lincoln were smashed, as were the windshield and driver's side window of an older Ford 8000 five-ton dump truck.
Sept. 23
Theft, criminal mischief: A Coca Cola vending machine and Pepsi Cola vending machine were both damaged at IGA, 8 N. Broad St.
Sept. 24
Marijuana, paraphernalia: An 18-year-old Struthers woman was arrested on charges of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia at Lisbon Street and the city building after police found a pipe with marijuana residue in it, a bag containing marijuana and a weighing scale.
Property report: A student at Canfield High School reported he had parked in spaces nearest the soccer field to watch a football game and when he returned, his car was scratched and dented and had a flat tire.

Sept. 19
Drug offense: Two males were arrested on drug charges at North Meridian Road and Interstate 680. An Austintown man was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Warren man was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft from auto: Money was taken from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at King Kar Motors, 4120 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: An X-box system and games were stolen from the 100 block of Moorefield Avenue.
Missing person: A woman from the 500 block of Purdue Avenue was reported missing.
Theft: Four hubcaps were stolen from the 1000 block of North Meridian Road.
Theft: Bricks were taken from the front porch of a home in the 3000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Disorderly conduct: A woman in the 5000 block of Stanford Avenue was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct .
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Theft from auto: Compact discs were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of Paisley Street.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Attempted burglary: A window screen was damaged in the 400 block of Wilcox Road.
Theft: Checks and money were taken from a safe at Webb Supply, 3705 Oakwood Ave.
Criminal damaging: A convertible roof of a car was cut in the 10 block of North Raccoon Road.
Theft from auto: Reading glasses and miscellaneous property were taken from a car in the 100 block of North Edgehill Avenue.
Theft from auto: Items were taken from two vehicles in the 100 block of North Edgehill Avenue.
Theft from auto: A compact disc player was taken from the 5000 block of Baker Street.
Theft from auto: Miscellaneous items were taken from a vehicle at Fab Limo, 4326 New Road.
Theft: Two bicycles and a skateboard were taken from a front yard in the 2000 block of Redgate Lane.
Aggravated burglary: A home in the 3000 block of Cumberland Drive was burglarized.

Theft from auto: Fuel was taken from a vehicle at TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: A reconditioned power tool kit was stolen from Sears, 5760 Interstate Blvd.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged by paintballs in the 200 block of Westminster Avenue.
Menacing: A woman was arrested on a charge of menacing a man in the 3000 block of Brandomyne Avenue.
Criminal damaging: A windshield was hit by a rock in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Theft: A cologne set was stolen from Walgreen's, 5501 Mahoning Ave.
Breaking and entering: Cash was taken from Pete and Charlie's Pub, 4176 Mahoning Ave..
Theft: A snowplow was stolen from the 10 block of Johnathan Lane.
Theft: A boys' 20-inch silver and black bicycle was stolen from Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Criminal trespassing: A man is accused of trespassing at Meridian Arms, 650 S. Meridian Road.
Drug offense: An Austintown man was arrested at Mahoning Avenue and Raccoon Road on charges of possession of marijuana, drug abuse and drug paraphernalia.

Theft: $44 worth of gasoline was stolen from Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged in the 2000 block of Hamman Drive.
Theft: A man was arrested on a theft charge at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Pepsi and Coca-Cola machines were pried open at Save-A-Step, 31 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Attempted breaking and entering: A storm window was damaged at the Strock House, 7171 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: $70.01 worth of gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Theft from auto: Tools and a play station were stolen from the 2000 block of Sprucewood Drive.
Theft: A Visa card was stolen from the 900 block of Compass West apartments.
Burglary: A man is a suspect in a burglary in the 80 block of North Raccoon Road.
Criminal damaging: Obscenities were spray-painted on a garage door in the 6000 block of Silica Road.
Aggravated robbery: A clerk was robbed at gunpoint and a safe containing $1,200 in cash was stolen at Fuel Mart, 5301 Seventy-Six Drive.
Sept. 24
Theft from auto: A window was smashed and a JVC in-dash stereo stolen from Bill's Sports Bar, 40 S. Meridian Road.
Theft: A purse containing a cell phone, Ohio license, bank cards and $160 in cash was stolen at O'Donald's Pub, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: A Poland man was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Warren man was arrested for failure to appear on a warrant for drug abuse. Both arrests occurred at South Meridian and New roads.
Burglary: A man is a suspect in a burglary in the 1000 block of County Line Road in which guns were stolen.
Criminal damaging: Damage was done to a vehicle in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road, but nothing was taken.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged in the 5000 block of DePauw Avenue.
Theft from auto: A stereo was taken from a vehicle in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road by two men.
Theft: Fuel was taken from the Shell Gas Station, 1704 S. Raccoon Road.
Attempted auto theft: A steering column was damaged and the key tumbler removed after a vehicle was broken into at ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.
Theft from auto: A vehicle was entered and a compact disc player was taken at ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.
Assault: A man was assaulted by three other men at Penny Lane and Kirk Road.
Theft: A man was arrested on a charge of theft at B.P. gas station, 5502 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Fuel was taken at Shell gas station, 1704 S. Raccoon Road.
Breaking and entering: A shed in the rear of the Sandwich Factory, 15 N. Canfield-Niles Road, was broken into and the parking lot blower taken.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: A man was arrested on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 1000 block of Cedarwood Drive.
Personal injury: A person was bitten by a dog in the 100 block of Rosemont Avenue and the owner was charged.
Theft from auto: Front and rear license plates were stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of South Edgehill Avenue. The front plate was recovered.
Theft: Fuel was stolen from Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
