XYOUNGSTOWN -- The marriage of Anna Coppersmith and Scott Cleary, both of 2176 Cornell Road, Cleveland, was solemnized by Judge Elizabeth A. Kobly at 5 p.m. Aug. 20 at Stambaugh Auditorium where a reception was held in their honor immediately afterward.
The bride is a daughter of Richard and Cynthia Coppersmith, 42894 Crestview Road, Columbiana, and parents of the groom are James and Marion Cleary, 7867 Springlake Lane, Canfield.
The couple have returned from a wedding trip along the coast of Maine and live in Cleveland.
The bride's ivory silk tricotine gown featured an empire waist with shirring at the front and pleating at the shoulders.
An azalea-colored gown was worn the matron of honor, Jessica Van Buren Curtis of Valencia, Calif.
Mark Cleary of Youngstown performed the duties of best man for his brother.
The bride is a graduate of Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in political science and international business.
Mr. Cleary earned a bachelor's degree in interpersonal communications at OSU.
The couple both graduated with degrees in nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland where they are pursuing master's degrees in nursing with a specialization in nurse anesthesia.
