Niles trucker hurt in crash

LAKE MILTON -- A Niles man was in stable condition Saturday night after his tractor-trailer crashed Friday evening, stalling westbound traffic on U.S. Route 76 for more than three hours.
The Canfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Norman Snead Jr., 30, of Niles was driving a double tractor-trailer west at 9:49 p.m. Friday when the truck went off the right side of the road, hit a bridge pillar and overturned.
He was taken by helicopter to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
