NIGHT OUT: Youngstown Warren Black Nurses Association will hold "An Evening at the Savoy," semi-formal dinner and dance Oct. 22 at the Victorian Room, 327 Vienna Ave., Niles. Committee members, from left, Lynn Veal and Esther McCain, are among those planning the event that will begin with cocktails at 7 p.m., dinner at 8, and dancing until 11 p.m. Martha Robinson-Brogdon and a Cast of Legends will provide the entertainment.
