Former 'Survivor' contestant to visit PSU campus



SHARON, Pa. -- Ian Rosenberger, a contestant on the television show "Survivor: Palau," will visit the Penn State Shenango campus at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
His appearance is part of the 2005-06 Cultural Event Series, and he will speak in Lartz Memorial Library, 147 Shenango Ave.
Rosenberger, reared in Ambridge, Pa., is a student at The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in agricultural extension and educational leadership. He was president of the university's Undergraduate Student Government last year and was also elected Homecoming King.
His work experience includes dolphin training and dolphin-assisted therapist training for children with disabilities as well as being employed as an outdoor adventure group dynamics facilitator.
His appearance is free and open to the public.
