Man reports robbery in store's parking lot

YOUNGSTOWN -- A Stoneycreek Drive man told police he was robbed in the parking lot of the Park and Shop at 1900 Glenwood Ave.
The victim said he parked on the side of the lot near the drive through on the city's South Side around 7:30 p.m. Friday, and a man approached his car and asked if he wanted some heroin. The man reportedly reached in the car and took the victim's keys and cell phone, then cut the victim's pants pocket with a kitchen knife and took $40.
He fled and threw the keys and cell phone back at the victim. Police said they interviewed store clerks, but they said they didn't see the robbery.
