Lecks to observe 50th anniversary in Maui, Hawaii

XSTRUTHERS -- A vacation on the Hawaiian island of Maui has been planned by Mr. and Mrs. William Leck, 547 Garfield St., in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday.
The former Shirley Denmeade and Mr. Leck were married Sept. 24, 1955, at the First Baptist Church in Youngstown. They are members of Struthers Presbyterian Church.
Joining them for the observance in Hawaii will be her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Fran Denmeade of Fillmore, Calif., who will mark their 50th anniversary the same day.
The Leck family includes Deborah Bloomberg of Struthers, Bonnie Leck of North Lima, Kimberly and Troy Fronzaglio of Carmel, Ind., and four grandchildren.
Mr. Leck retired in 1993 from Wean United and is employed part-time at Davidson Becker Funeral Service.
