XSHORELINE, Wash. -- Evergreen Baptist Church was the setting at 4 p.m. Aug. 20 as the Rev. Paul Schmidtbleicher solemnized the marriage of Angela Pitchford, 14701 Jefferson, Lynnwood, Wash., and Adam Gesacion, 727 40th Place, Everett, Wash.
Parents of the bride are Michael and Marcia Pitchford of the Lynnwood address, and the groom is a son of Nick and Diane Gesacion, 11 Walker Court, Poland.
After a reception at the ballroom of Everett Events Center, the couple left for the Hawaiian island of Maui. They live at the groom's address.
The bride's strapless A-line gown of white satin featured a bow-enhanced, open-back bodice. She held a bouquet of salmon-colored roses.
Teal-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Lenita Knowles, the bride's sister, and Mandy Stoker, and the bridesmaids, Tina Hughes and Kristi Berards. Flower girls were the bride's nieces, Kelsie and Shelbie Knowles.
Brent Stehlik was best man, and groomsmen were Ryan Gesacion and Nick Gesacion III, brothers of the groom, and Mike Chambers. Ushers were Matt Martin and Eric Blankenship.
The bride graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash., with a bachelor's degree in education. She is a teacher with Mukilteo Schools in Everett.
The groom is employed by Global Spectrum as the director of sales at Everett Events Center. He graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance with a bachelor's degree in sports management.
