Sophomore punter Jason Black (Champion) is averaging 43.3 yards for 11 punts, including a long of 60 yards and three punts inside the 20.
BETHANY vs. DEFIANCE
Where: Justin F. Coressel Stadium, DefianceWhen: 1 p.m.Records: Bethany 1-1, Defiance 0-2Scouting report: Bethany lost to Thomas More, 33-15; Defiance lost to Adrian, 37-0, last Saturday. Junior WR T.J. Parker (Austintown Fitch) caught six passes for 228 yards for Bethany, including a pair of TD throws covering 30 and 52 yards from QB Brian Wineberg.
ST. FRANCIS (Ill.) vs. GENEVA
Where: Reeves Stadium, Beaver Falls, Pa.When: 7 p.m.Records: Geneva 2-0, St. Francis 2-0Scouting report: St. Francis beat Urbana, 19-16; Geneva beat Bethel (Tenn.), 20-14, last Saturday. Geneva senior LB Brian Hall suffered a broken fibula in his right leg and will miss the remainder of the 2005 season.

Where: Thomas More Stadium, Crestview Hills, Ky.When: 1:30 p.m.Records: Grove City 0-2, 0-0 PAC; Thomas More 1-1, 1-0 PACScouting report: Grove City lost to Carnegie Mellon, 20-16; Thomas More beat Bethany, 33-15, last Saturday. Senior DE Steve Weary (Reynolds) of Grove City had a personal-best three sacks while collecting seven solo tackles overall against CMU.
WESTMINSTER vs. HIRAM
Where: Charles A. Henry Field, HiramWhen: 1 p.m.Records: Westminster 1-1, Hiram 0-2Scouting report: Westminster beat Allegheny, 12-9, in OT; Hiram lost to Bluffton, 31-6, last Saturday. Senior placekicker Chris Castillo (Fitch) kicked four field goals against Allegheny, including the game-winning field goal in overtime to give Westminster the win. Castillo, a defender for the Westminster soccer team the past four seasons, is 5-for-5 in field goals for the first two games this year. Junior DL Chris Dulovich (Poland) had six tackles, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery for the Titans against Allegheny. Freshman punter Dusty Rhodes (Niles) averaged 35.3 yards for nine punts, including a long of 45 yards and three punts inside the 20. Senior DL Man Hanhold (Cardinal Mooney) had a sack.
ST. XAVIER (Ill.) vs. MALONE
Where: Fawcett Stadium, CantonWhen: 3:30 p.m.Records: St. Xavier 1-1, Malone 0-1Scouting report: Malone lost to Cumberlands (Ky.), 28-21, while St. Xavier lost to Wisconsin-Whitewater, 34-20, last Saturday. Sophomore WR Josh Settlemire (Howland) was the top receiver for Malone against Cumberlands with seven catches for 96 yards and one TD.
MOUNT UNION vs. JOHN CARROLL
Where: Don Shula Stadium at Wasmer Field, University HeightsWhen: 7 p.m.Records: Mount Union 1-0, John Carroll 1-0Scouting report: Mount Union was off last Saturday after beating Washington (Mo.) on Sept. 3, 33-7, while John Carroll beat Hope, 38-13, last Saturday. Senior QB Randy Mason (Girard) threw the first two TD passes of his collegiate career for MUC against Washington, and finished 13-for-18 for 104 yards with one interception. Another MUC QB, Mike Jorris, was 18-for-22 for 193 yards with one TD and one interception.
THIEL vs. BLUFFTON
Where: Dwight Salzman Stadium, BlufftonWhen: 1:30 p.m.Records: Thiel 1-0; Bluffton 1-1Scouting report: Thiel beat Ohio Wesleyan, 39-36, while Bluffton beat Hiram, 31-6, last Saturday. Senior WR Tom McIntire (Reynolds) of Thiel caught six passes for 80 yards to aid the win over Ohio Wesleyan, while senior WR Brandon Chambers (Farrell) had five receptions for 62 yards for a 12.4-yard average. Chambers is a preseason All-American. He was named to the second-team offense on Lindy's 2005 National College Football preseason All-American All-Division III team. Last year, Chambers set three season school records and was named to the Don Hansen's Weekly Football Gazette All-American third team offense. His season school records were for receptions (71), receiving TDs (12) and scoring (78 points), while he ranked second in receiving yards (1,006). Entering this season, Chambers was Thiel's career leader in receiving yards (1,726) and was tied for No. 1 in career receptions (113) while ranking No. 2 in career receiving TDs (18).
OLIVET NAZARENE (Ill.) vs. WALSH
