Parents announce O'Neil-Welton wedding plans

XThe engagement of Katie Ann O'Neil and Keith Welton, both of Poland, is being announced by their parents, Sandra O'Neil of Poland and Michael O'Neil of Florida, and Susan and Glen Welton of Poland.
The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown College of Massotherapy with a degree in massotherapy. She is a service associate with First Place Bank of Boardman.
Her fiance is a service consultant with Sweeney Chevrolet in Boardman.
The couple have planned an open wedding for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 29 at Poland United Methodist Church. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at The Georgetown in Boardman.
