Carroll Street man charged in burglary

YOUNGSTOWN -- Donald Kinack, 29, of Carroll Street was arraigned Tuesday in municipal court on an aggravated burglary charge.
He is accused of trying over the weekend to enter a house on Second Street, where his girlfriend's children, a girl, 7, and a boy, 4, are in foster care. Bond was set at $2,500.
The children's mother, Linda Dick, 25, same address, was also arraigned Tuesday on a new charge of aggravated menacing. Bond was set at $5,000. She is accused of being with Kinack and threatening the foster family.
Dick was arraigned Monday on two counts of endangering children, and bond for those charges was set at $5,000. Police said she allowed Robert Brown, 40, of Ravenna to take the children for a walk last week. Brown is charged with two counts of abduction and two counts of endangering children and his bond is $410,000.
A witness told police that Brown intended to leave the state with the children.
