"Bones" (8 p.m., Fox): A forensic anthropologist (Emily Deschanel) who is skilled in gathering evidence from the bones of crime victims is at the center of this new drama series. She's often forced to work with an FBI agent (David Boreanaz) who has zero confidence in her methods. But there's a certain chemistry between them that we suspect will come into play later on.
