A DEMONSTRATION AT LOGHURST: Deborah Wagner of Austintown, an interpreter and tour guide at the Loghurst House in Canfield, demonstrates how apple butter was made in the mid-1800s. The historic home held a demonstration Saturday. A Civil War encampment is scheduled for Oct. 8 and 9 there.
