Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Sept. 14: Spaghetti with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese, wax beans, tossed salad with Italian dressing, Italian bread with margarine, regular or diet mandarin oranges and milk.
Thursday, Sept. 15: Baked turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, spinach with vinegar, potato roll with margarine, regular or diet Ambrosia salad and milk.
Friday, Sept. 16: Tuna-noodle casserole, carrot coins, health salad, cloverleaf roll with margarine, regular or diet fruit mix and milk.
Saturday, Sept. 17: Egg salad on a bun, beet salad with Italian dressing, orange, diet chocolate chip cookie and milk.
Monday, Sept. 19: Beef tips with gravy, mashed potatoes, California mixed vegetables, dinner roll with margarine, Texas sheet cake (angel food cake available) and milk.
Tuesday, Sept. 20: Liver and onions, scalloped potatoes, zucchini and tomato casserole, wheat bread with margarine, under-the-sea salad (lime D'Zerta with peaches available) and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
