Flint has two touchdowns for Beaver Local

LISBON -- Bobby Flint scored two touchdowns Friday to lead Beaver Local High football team to a 23-7 victory over University School.
One of Flint's scores came on a 75-yard run as the Beavers (2-1) jumped out to a 21-0 lead. Flint's other TD was on a 1-yard run as he rushed for 110 yards on seven carries.
Jimmy Bowersock led the Beavers in rushing with 133 yards on 27 carries, including a 2-yard TD plunge.
Jared Satmare kicked three extra points while Thad Sollick capped Beaver Local's scoring with a safety.
University School's points came on Joe Vaughn's 90-yard TD pass to MacHean Starret and Paul Rice's placement kick.
Rice led the University School (2-1) ground attack with 83 yards rushing on 10 carries.

RAVENNA -- Joe Knopick completed 15-of-21 passes for 218 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Pirates (2-1).
Knopick also ran for 84 yards and a TD, as the Pirates opened a 28-7 halftime lead.
