Police look for 2 children, homeless man

YOUNGSTOWN -- Police are searching for two children and the homeless man they were last seen with about 4 p.m. Thursday at Crandall Park.
Police are looking for Skylar Tolbert, 7 and Milo Tolbert, 4, and Robert Brown, a family acquaintance.
Two young men who brought photos of Skylar and Milo to the police department Thursday night said the children had stayed with them for about a year because their mother is a foster parent.
They said Children Services returned the children to their mother and they recently were staying at the Rescue Mission because the house they were going to move into did not have utilities.
Police said Brown is a family acquaintance. The two young men said they had never seen him before.
