Rib fest seeks vendors
YOUNGSTOWN -- Oakhill Renaissance Place is holding a rib festival from 3 to 8 p.m. on Sept. 30, and is seeking retail vendors for the event. If interested, call (330) 740-6691, ext.: 7318, and provide information about your products.
The festival will provide an opportunity for "American Idol" contestants and others to perform.
Fall fashion show
YOUNGSTOWN -- Our Lady of Hungary Church will hold a fall card and bingo party and fashion show by Fashion Bug at 2 p.m. Sept. 18 at Cardinal Mindszenty Hall, 545 N. Belle Vista Ave. The hall is located near the entrance ramp to I-680.
Admission is $4 and the public is welcome.
