Reception set for the Whites' 50th anniversary

XPOLAND -- The 50th anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Jack White, 2343 Knollwood Drive, will be celebrated with family and friends during a dinner and reception to be held Sept. 4. at The Georgetown in Boardman.
Invitations for the event were issued by the couple's children, Orlando and Sally White of North Lima, and Stephanie Hudzik of New Springfield, and their six grandchildren.
Married on Sept. 3, 1955, at Immaculate Conception Church in Youngstown, the Whites are members of St. Nicholas Church in Struthers.
A homemaker, Mrs. White is a member of Purple Passions of Poland (Red Hat Society) and the Two Timers Card Club.
Mr. White is chief executive officer of Vinylume Products Inc. of Youngstown and a member of Conrail Golf League. He served during the Korean War from 1950 to 1954 with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Cabot CVL 28.
