Mahoning County
A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Clyde Dooley on a charge of possession of drugs. The grand jury did indict the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
Keith Lamont Rogers, 43, South Truesdale Avenue, Youngstown: failure to comply with a police officer, receiving stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Robert Askey, 38, Cornell Avenue, Youngstown: domestic violence.
Jamal D. Wingo, 24, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Youngstown: felonious assault.
John Montero, 27, North Truesdale Avenue, Youngstown: illegal weapons possession, carrying a concealed weapon.
William R. Crowell Jr., 39, Pembrook Road, Austintown: burglary.
Taqwilla J. Robinson, 20, Kenmore Avenue, Youngstown: forgery.
Deborah Lynn Barnes, 49, 4th St. S.W., Warren: receiving stolen property.
Anthony Scott, 19, South Duck Creek Road, North Jackson: robbery.
Dwaylyn J. Nadal, 19, West Evergreen Avenue, Youngstown: cocaine possession.
Larnell Hall, 21, 117 Brooklyn Avenue, Youngstown: two counts felonious assault.
Gregory Young, 41, Cordova Avenue, Youngstown: burglary, possessing criminal tools, breaking and entering.
Vincent R. Thomas, 43, Winona Drive, Youngstown: cocaine possession.
Jessie L. Smith Jr., 52, Longview Circle, North Lima: improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Jennifer L. Mondora, 27, Glendale Avenue, Boardman, and Charles D. Pierce, 39, Upland Avenue, Youngstown: cocaine trafficking, marijuana trafficking and permitting drug abuse.
Jason C. Strahin, 26, West Boulevard, Boardman: two counts of theft.
Richard E. White Jr., 37, Moorfield Avenue, Austintown: three counts of cocaine possession.
Dustin D. Hollis, 22, Rita Avenue, Austintown: three counts of cocaine possession.
Daniel R. Parker, 19, Glacier Avenue, Youngstown: improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Alvin Jonte Bratton Watson, 23, Brentwood Avenue, Youngstown: breaking and entering, felonious assault.
Fred Smith, 45, Western Reserve Road, Poland: three counts of receiving stolen property.
