SUSAN BAYTOSEDWARD CAROSELLA
XBOARDMAN -- Susan Cathlene Baytos became the bride of Edward Patrick Carosella during a 3:30 p.m. ceremony Oct. 16 at Boardman United Methodist Church. The daughter of John M. and Cathy Lou Pokrivnak of Boardman and son of Mike and Margaret Carosella of Austintown exchanged vows in the presence of the Rev. Ashwin Welch. A reception took place at the Saxon Club in Austintown.
The bride wore a beaded white silk gown designed with an empire waist. The back was detailed with covered buttons.
Danielle Volpini was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Debbie Baytos, the bride's sister-in-law; Heidi Schmitt; Wendy Pallay; and Heather Mullins. Junior bridesmaids were Sydney Baytos, the bride's niece, and Gazalia Pallay-Smith, Bella Volpini and Hannah Volpini. The bride's daughter, Morgan Baytos, was flower girl.
Best man was the groom's brother, Eric Carosella, and groomsmen were Steve Baytos IV and David Pokrivnak, the bride's brothers; Andrew Peterson, her foster brother; and Ryan Lane. Stephen Baytos V, the bride's nephew, was junior groomsman along with Noah Chase, Ethan Romito and Zachary Pallay-Mullins. Her son, B.J. Baytos-Schmitt, was ring bearer.
The bride received her emergency medical technician certification from Youngstown State University and will graduate in December from Avada Casal Institute in Austintown.
Mr. Carosella is employed at Lowes Home Improvement and is owner of Carosella Painting Co.
The couple live in Boardman.
