BACKGROUND
Channeling is one of the many metaphysical terms that has a broad meaning. According to those who believe in channeling, everyone channels at some point in their lives. When we suddenly find ourselves with information or answers and we don't know where they came from, or we hear something unexpected coming out of our mouth, saying the right thing when we have no idea how to put a thought into words, practitioners say, the information may be coming from a higher power, or a higher part of ourselves. Channeling can also refer to someone who goes into a deep, trancelike state, and conveys information from a non-physical being.
