XTodd and Amy Werner of Hedgesville, W.Va., formerly of Poland, are announcing the birth of a son, Declan Reinhold, born Sept. 28 in Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, Md. He joins a sister and two brothers. Grandparents are Don and Mary Musser of New Middletown and Chuck and Linda Werner of New Galilee, Pa. Great-grandparents are George and Evelyn Hunter of Stoneboro, Pa.; Ruth Werner, New Galilee; and Gloria Berg, Wampum, Pa.
