Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Oct. 26: Sloppy joes on a hamburger bun, O'Brien potatoes, health salad, oatmeal cream cookie (diet cookies available) and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 27: Unbreaded pork cutlet with gravy, Spanish rice, spinach salad with Italian dressing, dinner roll with margarine, cherry chip cake (angel food cake available) and milk.
Friday, Oct. 28: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn casserole, potato roll with margarine, regular or diet fruit mix and milk.
Saturday, Oct. 29: Roast beef on a hamburger bun with barbecue sauce, coleslaw, carrots with ranch dressing, diet Lorna Doones and milk.
Monday, Oct. 31: Hamburger on a bun with mustard and relish, scalloped potatoes, tomato and zucchini casserole, Texas sheet cake (diet pudding available) and milk.
Tuesday, Nov. 1: Johnny Marzetti with Parmesan cheese, green beans, tossed salad with Italian dressing, dinner roll with margarine, fruited gelatin and pears (D'Zerta with fruit available) and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
