Birth date: Born as Mary Berunko on Oct. 15, 1900, in Baird, Pa.
Residence: Windsor House at Champion, 200 E. Glendola Ave.
Childhood: Quit grade school in Neffs, Ohio, to care for younger siblings, six brothers and one sister. Two brothers, Emil Berunko, 90, and Frank Berunko, 96, are living.
Marriage: In 1920, she wed John Blasko, who died in 1954.
Family: Son, John; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Employment: The Blaskos owned and operated Blasko's Grocery at Market Street and Dickey Avenue in Warren; after they sold it, she worked for other grocery stores.
Hobbies: Attending church socials, playing bingo, crocheting, sewing, quilting and watching baseball games, especially Cleveland Indians games.
Noteworthy: Mrs. Blasko lived in her own home until she was 100.
