Sehon guides Liberty past Hubbard



Badger ousted Warren JFK in a Division III game.
LIBERTY -- Brian Sehon had two goals and three assists Monday as the Liberty High boys soccer team defeated Hubbard, 6-3, in the Division II tournament.
Ron Hunkus and Jim Kelly both scored two goals for the Leopards. Ryan Karson had an assist while goalkeeper Max Alper made six saves.
For Hubbard, Lex Gasco scored two goals and Tyler Miller one. Goalkeeper Joe Cummings made eight saves.

Badger 3, Warren JFK 0
KINSMAN -- Lee Matson scored two goals and Steve Saddler netted the other for the Braves (15-1-1).
Josh Shreves and Justin Letcher earned assists.
Goalkeeper Clay Stevens made seven saves.
Badger plays Cardinal on Thursday.

Maplewood 8, Bloomfield 1
CORTLAND -- Ryan Bell, Owen Kilbane and Dustin Flusher each scored two goals for the Rockets (7-6-1).
Chad Springer and Beau Ramsey scored the other goals.
Kilbane had two assists while Kevin Harris, Eric Hartman and Chris Roberts had one each.
Goalkeeper Tyler Perkins made six saves.
Maplewood advances to play Ursuline Thursday at 4 p.m. at Valley Sports Complex in Struthers.
Crestview 9, South Range 0
COLUMBIANA -- Cory Leeson scored five goals for the fourth-seeded Rebels (14-1-2).
Greg Bing, Seth DuMoulin, James Frost and Mitchell See each scored a Crestview goal and Frost assisted on four scores.
The Rebels led 4-0 at the half.
