XGIRARD -- Trinity Lutheran Church provided the setting for the at 4 p.m. Sept. 17 ceremony as nuptial vows were exchanged by Julie Pagano and Brian Pietsch, both of 14422 Boxer Bay, San Antonio, Texas.
The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. John Wigle.
Afterward the couple accepted congratulations during a reception at Vernon's Cafe in Niles before leaving on a wedding trip to Sandals Resort in the Bahamas.
They live in San Antonio.
Joseph and Linda Pagano, 14 Mohawk Drive, Girard, are parents of the bride, and the groom's parents are Wallace Pietsch, 6538 Thornwall, Houston, and Nancy Pietsch, 932 Chapparal, La Grange, Texas.
The bride's ivory sheath gown was designed with a scooped neckline, cap sleeves and a chapel train, and was adorned with beading in a leaf pattern. She held a bouquet of peach roses.
The maid of honor was the bride's sister, Dena Pagano of Lakeland, Fla., who wore a champagne-colored gown. Flower girl was Kasey Shreiner of La Grange, a niece of the groom, and ring bearer was his niece, Kaitlyn Shreiner of La Grange.
Performing the duties of best man was the groom's brother, Joey Pagano of Girard, and ushers were Scott Jenkins of Hilliard and Larry Nowak of Ravenna.
The bride is a rooms division manager with the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio.
The groom is the director of audio visuals with Swank Audio Visuals in San Antonio.
