kA BABY SLOTH, born last month at Discovery Cove in Orlando, Fla., is bottle-fed by trainer Marette Beziat. The female sloth, named Ellie, was born to mom Star and dad Lucky, both 6-year-old residents of Discovery Cove at Sea World. As of Monday, Ellie weighed just less than a pound and was nursing well, officials said. Ellie, the first baby sloth to be born at the complex, will be introduced to guests in the next six months. Discovery Cove is a reservations-only tropical oasis where guests can swim with dolphins, snorkel with tropical fish and rays, and hand-feed exotic birds and animals.
