XYOUNGSTOWN -- Nuptial vows were exchanged during a 5 p.m. ceremony as Linda DeSiato, 1529 Price Road, and Richard Lehtonen, 4495 Messerly Road, Canfield, were united in marriage Oct. 15 at St. John Lutheran Church.
The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. Gary Schreckengost, and afterward the couple were honored during a reception at the Colonial Room. After accepting congratulations, the couple left on a wedding trip to the New England States.
The bride, a daughter of Mary Lucido, 623 W. Heights, and the late Armand Lucido, and the groom, a son of Irene Lehtonen, 4495 Messerly Road, Canfield, will live at the bride's address.
The bride's satin off-the-shoulder style gown featured a fitted bodice, draped chiffon sleeves and a flared skirt.
A black gown was worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Paula Zitello of Youngstown.
The duties of best man were performed by Terry Ray, and ushers were Anthony Zitello and Stephen Zitello, the bride's nephews, all of Youngstown. Ring bearer was the bride's grandson, Carl DeSiato.
Mrs. Lehtonen is a receptionist with Inner Circle Mortgage Group in Poland.
Her husband served with the U.S. Navy and is an engineer with National Cash Register in Youngstown.
