Pecorelli 60th celebrated at outdoor event

XSEFFNER, Fla. -- Mr. and Mrs. Mike Pecorelli, 609 Avocado Drive, formerly of Warren, were honored at two events held in celebration of their 60th wedding anniversary.
On Sept. 24 a surprise outdoor event was held for the couple at the home of a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Teri Pecorelli, 420 Penguin Drive, Satellite Beach, Fla.
Co-hosts for the event were other family members, Patrick and Nikki Pecorelli, also of Satellite Beach, and Annette Pecorelli of Key Largo, Fla.
The family also honored the couple July 28 at a family dinner party held at the Dove Restaurant in Satellite Beach.
The former Angie Parillo and Mr. Pecorelli were married July 28, 1945, at St. Rose Church, Girard. They moved to Florida in 1983 and are members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. They have two grandchildren.
Mrs. Pecorelli was a secretary at Second National Bank in Warren prior to retiring in 1983. She is a member of the Women's Guild and Legion of Mary in Florida.
Mr. Pecorelli served as a medic in the U.S. Army in 1944. He retired in 1984 as a machinist with Taylor Winfield Corp. in Warren.
