LUCKY EVACUEE: Brian Cain of New Orleans evacuated the city because of Hurricane Katrina, but only got as far as St. Joseph, La., on the state line. He has found shelter in a vacant trailer, left, and has since gotten a job helping with the upkeep of this small Mississippi Delta town.
