Tickets are available for $25 by calling the YSU Athletic Ticket Office at (330) 941-1YSU.
Tilman Bevely
He had the best offensive season and the best single-game scoring output in YSU men's basketball history as a Division I program.
Bevely scored 662 points, averaging 23.6 per game during his junior campaign in 1986-87.
His total and average, helped by a 55-point effort against Tennessee Tech, are the best efforts by a YSU player since the school went to Division I in 1981.
Bevely's 1,434 career points are 11th best in school history.
Greg Gulas
His love affair with YSU began in the mid '60s. Gulas first became involved as a baseball player from 1973-76 for Coach Dom Rosselli.
He returned to YSU in 1980 as Sports Information Director and served in that capacity for more than 17 years.
When Rosselli stepped down as baseball coach after the 1985 season, Gulas served as interim coach from 1986-87.
Jill Raslevich
The first player in YSU volleyball history to record more than 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs in a career. Raslevich was a standout outside hitter from 1992-95.
She ranked first in career kills (1,132), kills per game (3.16), total attempts (2,877), digs (1,495), digs per game (4.18) and second in hitting percentage (.248). Ten years later, she still ranks in the top four in all those categories while remaining the all-time leader in digs and digs per game. In fact, no player in school history is within 300 of her career digs total.
Julie Croft
Croft had the knack of finishing what she started as a pitcher on the YSU softball team from 1987-91. In her career, Croft made 69 starts and only one time did she not toss a complete game.
Croft finished with 36 victories, a 1.87 earned run average, 463 2/3 innings pitched, 167 strikeouts and 13 shutouts.
She ranks in the top five all-time in wins, shutouts, complete games, games started, innings pitched and strikeouts.
Kristi Echelberry
Echelberry, a forward on the women's basketball team from 1991-95, averaged at least 12.4 points and 7.8 rebounds in each of her last three years.
For her career, Echelberry scored 1,281 points and grabbed 762 rebounds. She's 10th all-time in scoring and fifth in rebounds.
Jermaine Hopkins
His life was cut tragically short, but his spirit has lived in every YSU football player.
Hopkins had an outstanding career as a defensive end for YSU from 1992-95. He was a full-time starter his junior and senior years after seeing time as a reserve his first two seasons. However, on Jan. 28, 1996, Hopkins was killed just two months after a standout career ended.
In his four-year career, he recorded 144 total tackles, 88 solo stops, 22 sacks, 16 pass breakups and six fumbles caused. His 22 career sacks are a school record.
Leon Jones
A two-time, first-team All-American, he is the only football player in YSU history to be named as national player of the year.
As a junior, he was selected by Football Gazette as the defensive player of the year.
He is the only YSU player to have more than 500 tackles in a career with a school-best 512 stops. He led the team in tackles three consecutive years -- the only individual in school history to accomplish that feat. He finished with 13 career interceptions, which still rank fifth in YSU history.
Mark Brungard
Brungard is the only YSU quarterback to direct the team to two national championships in 1993 and 1994.
Brungard started the final 41 games of his career. He completed 496 of 876 passes (56.6 percent) for 6,116 yards and 38 touchdowns.
He ranks second in passing attempts, pass completions and 200-yard passing games (10), while ranking third in passing yards and fourth in touchdowns.
