MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Oct. 19: Spaghetti and meat sauce with Parmesan cheese, mixed vegetables, tossed salad with Italian dressing, Italian bread with margarine, orange and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 20: Sausage with peppers and onions on a roll with margarine, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts, regular or diet chocolate pudding and milk.
Friday, Oct. 21: Turkey tetrazzini, peas and pearl onions, tossed salad with Italian dressing, Italian bread with margarine, regular or diet pears and milk.
Saturday, Oct. 22: Turkey and cheese on wheat bread with mustard, potato salad, pear, grape juice and milk.
Monday, Oct. 24: Beef tips, mashed potatoes, diced carrots, potato roll with margarine, pineapple chunks and milk.
Tuesday, Oct. 25: Grilled chicken cacciatore, parsley potatoes, layered salad, wheat bread with margarine, regular or diet peach slice and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
