XRALEIGH, N.C. -- The Sept. 10 wedding of Jennifer Klema and Mark Sweazy, both of 5938 Brambleberry Way, took place at 3 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church. The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. Mark Reamer.
Edward and Susan Klema, 13274 N. Palmyra Road, North Jackson, are parents of the bride, and the groom's parents are Edward and Cathy Sweazy of Raleigh.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception held in their honor at the North Raleigh Hilton before leaving on a wedding trip to Aruba.
They live in Raleigh.
Sequins adorned the bodice and train of the bride's strapless white gown.
Wearing scarlet gowns were the bride's sister and honor attendant, Christine Klema of Raleigh, and bridesmaids, Kara Perdue of Cleveland, Sherry Rutter of Youngstown, Tonia Sizemore of Wichita, Kan., and Amy Fife of Raleigh, the groom's sister.
Cory Thorpe of Raleigh served as best man for the groom, and groomsmen were Paul Richard, Joe Weaver, Joe Hawley and the groom's brother-in-law, Anthony Fife, all of Raleigh. Ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Bronson Fife of Raleigh.
The bride, a paralegal with Smith Debnam Law Firm, graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in applied science.
The groom is a superintendent with McKenna Construction.
